Green Design
Owusu Design Group was established with an emphasis on environmentally responsive projects. Design solutions respond to issues of orientation, shade and shadow, the inherent physical properties of materials, landscaping, natural ventilation through convection, the manipulation of natural and artificial lighting techniques, and the energy efficiency of mechanized systems.
Technologic Capabilities
Owusu Design Group was established with an emphasis on Design communication and data management are critical. Electronic media is widely utilized to manage projects and develop documentations. A fully networked BIM system provides support for design and construction documents. REVIT digital renderings are provided as useful tools for communicating the design process. The firm utilizes Autodesk Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to facilitate the design process and the preparation of a well-coordinated and integrated set of documents.
