Determined to succeed and plans to develop Africa with intellect, creativity, sustainability, leadership and with an entrepreneurial spirit!
 
Experiences from FAMU in Tallahassee and knowledge from New school of Architecture in San Diego and now 10 years of construction experience in Ghana has made me and my company into expert developers! 
 
The goal is to own and develop assets for our company and equity partners! 10 million dollars in 10 years! The last Three years has been spent on land acquisition for our company while still building for clients. The goal is to create development opportunities for ourselves and clients with like minded individuals who are interested in building generational wealth! 
 
The outcome should always be positive, sustainable developments. We create buildings that are “ living machines “ and that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. We not only consider construction cost, but the life cycle cost of building. The design is just as important as creating value for money, so we pride ourselves on being able to do value engineering to the costs after we come up with the initial construction cost.

Afia is a highly experienced professional with a bachelor’s in Social Science and a masters in human resource management. She has over 15 years of successful work as a commercial property manager. Throughout her career, she has honed expertise in various aspects of property management, including budgeting, leasing, tenant retention, and overseeing the development of new projects. Afia takes pride in her ability to handle high-value projects, having successfully managed one valued at over 5.5 million dollars. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to quality have consistently driven positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders. With a proven track record in the industry, she is  well-equipped to tackle diverse challenges and contribute to the continued success of any organization.
